Alex Teitelbaum, MPO, CPO, LPO-TN

ABC Prosthetist/Orthotist and Regional Manager, Knoxville, Maryville & Athens

Alex serves as the Manager for Southern Orthocare’s Knoxville and Athens clinics. He received his Master of Science degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. He seeks to serve his patients with the highest quality of care in order to help them each achieve the absolute best outcome. Prior to joining Southern Orthocare Alex served a large number of patients in the Nashville area. He is a native Texan and married a Tennessee girl. He is the proud father of a two year-old son and baby girl. In his spare time, he enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family as well as hiking and hunting. Alex is happy to be in East Tennessee, and is looking forward to serving patients in Knoxville, Athens, and the surrounding communities.


Joshua Kenny, MPO, CPO, LPO-TN/KY

ABC Prosthetist/Orthotist and Regional Manager, Morristown, Greeneville, & Middlesboro, KY

Joshua Kenny serves as the Clinic Manager for Prosthetics & Orthotics for Southern Orthocare's Morristown and Greeneville clinics. He is an ABC Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist and completed his graduate studies in both prosthetics and orthotics at Florida International University in Miami in 2017. Prior to joining Southern Orthocare, Josh served as the Clinic Manager for a Hanger Clinic in Melbourne, FL. He also worked previously as an orthotic technician in Hickory Hills, IL. Josh is passionate about helping every patient reach his or her goals and best outcome. Josh and his wife Taryn are new to Morristown and have 3 cats and a dog. He is looking forward to serving patients in the Lakeway region. In his spare time, Josh likes to spend time outside and listen to live music.


Tobin Abraham, MPO, CPO, LPO-TN

CPO, LPO-TN, ABC Prosthetist/Orthotist and Clinic Manager, Athens

Tobin is an ABC-certified and licensed Prosthetist-Orthotist, currently serving as the Clinic Manager in our Athens location. After finishing his graduate studies at Loma Linda University in California, Tobin completed his residency in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He takes great consideration in identifying the goals of each patient and is committed to developing the right prosthetic or orthotic solution to help them achieve each of these goals. He finds great fulfillment in improving the mobility, independence, and overall quality of life for each patient. Outside of the clinic, Tobin enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog.


Caleb Breese, MPO, CPO

Caleb serves as the Clinic Manager for Southern Orthocare’s Athens location, where he brings a deep commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care. He earned his Master’s degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics from Northwestern University in Chicago, IL in 2023. Following graduation, he completed his residency at the VA Hospital in Tampa, FL, gaining valuable experience serving a diverse patient population with complex needs. Originally from Wichita, Kansas, Caleb was drawn to the field of prosthetics and orthotics to help restore quality of life for individuals who have experienced limb loss or live with neuromuscular conditions. He strives to bring a sense of normalcy and independence back to those facing physical challenges—no matter the cause—by combining technical expertise with compassionate care.


Reagan Chewning, MPO, CP

ABC Certified Prosthetist, Orthotic Resident, Morristown & Greeneville

Reagan joined Southern Orthocare in early 2025 as an Orthotic Resident. She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University’s Master of Prosthetics and Orthotics program, and holds a bachelor degree from Furman University where she was a member of the track and field team. She completed her prosthetic residency with the Orlando VA in 2024 where she had the opportunity to volunteer with Ann’s Angels, an adaptive waterski foundation. Reagan is looking forward to helping patients in East Tennessee to become more mobile. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, going to concerts, and collecting vinyl records.


Devon Thompson, MPO, CP

ABC Certified Prosthetist, Orthotic Resident, Morristown & Middlesboro

Devon joined Southern Orthocare in 2023 and recently completed his prosthetic & orthotic residency in our Morristown clinic. He achieved his graduate degree in O&P from California State University- Dominguez Hills, and also holds Bachelor and Master degrees in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Connecticut. In high school, Devon was diagnosed with a neurological condition that affects his hands & feet. While being treated at Shriner’s hospital in Philadelphia, he saw individuals in far worse conditions which gave him a strong desire to serve patients in the O&P field. Devon wears orthotic devices to support his feet and ankles and uses that ongoing knowledge to provide the best possible care for his patients. He enjoys volunteering with adaptive sports organizations and O&P outreach programs. In his spare time, Devon enjoys collecting vinyl records, going to concerts, and building LEGO sets.


Devin Davenport, MPO

CPO Resident, Morristown & Athens

Devin joined Southern Orthocare in early 2025 s a Prosthetic and Orthotic Resident. He is a recent master’s degree graduate of the International Institute of Orthotics and Prosthetics in Tampa, Florida. Devin received his bachelor degree from the University of Alabama in Huntsville where he was a member of the baseball team. As an East Tennessee native from the Pigeon Forge area, he is excited about the opportunity to serve others in the local community. In his spare time, Devin can be found volunteering, spending time with family, and fly fishing in the Great Smoky Mountains.


Leah Elsea, MPO

CPO Resident, Knoxville & Maryville

Leah joined Southern Orthocare in January 2025 and is currently completing her prosthetic and orthotic residency in our Knoxville and Maryville clinics. She completed her Master of Science degree from the International Institute of Orthotics and Prosthetics in Tampa, Florida in 2024. Her passion for orthotics and prosthetics is rooted in personal experience—she wore orthotic braces throughout childhood, which gave her a firsthand understanding of the impact that compassionate and effective care can make. Today, she brings that same empathy and unique perspective into every patient interaction, aiming to deliver practical solutions that will best fit each patient need so they can move forward with confidence. Outside of work, Leah enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, being outdoors, going to concerts, and staying active in her community.


Brandon Jones, CPed, COA, CFo, LPed-TN

Pedorthist, Orthotic Assistant & Certified Fitter of Orthotics, Knoxville

Brandon joined Southern Orthocare in 2022 and has over 15 years of experience serving patients in East Tennessee who have orthotic and pedorthic needs.  He has vast knowledge of all types of bracing from “head to toe” with a specialization in foot and ankle bracing.  Also, as a Pedorthist, he serves a large number of patients who need custom foot orthotics as well as diabetic patients seeking shoes and custom inserts that can help protect the diabetic foot.  Brandon is passionate about helping others and takes a personal approach to providing each patient with the highest level of care possible.  In his free time he enjoys spending time with his children outdoors.  They love animals and spend a lot of time at Knoxville Zoo.


Linda Johnson, CPed, CFo, LPed-TN/KY, LFo-KY

Pedorthist & Certified Fitter of Orthotics, Morristown, Middlesboro, Greeneville

Linda has been with Southern Orthocare for several years and provides care to hundreds of diabetic patients in East Tennessee and Southeast Kentucky who need diabetic shoes and custom inserts to protect their feet. She is also a Certified Fitter of Orthotics.  Linda has an Associate of Applied Science degree with an emphasis in Computer Networking from Walter State Community College, and also serves as the Safety Officer for Southern Orthocare. She enjoys photography, cross-stitching, reading, and collecting thimbles. Linda is also a cancer survivor. Since battling the disease, she looks at life in a totally different way. She feels blessed to be part of a team where she can help others daily.
