Brittney Reed
Sr. Billing Manager, All Clinics
Brittney joined Southern Orthocare in December 2018. Prior to this she served for four years in the United States Air Force as a Dental Administrator. She and her family recently moved to Tennessee from Missouri, following her husband’s retirement from the Air Force. Brittney graduated from Park University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, and thoroughly enjoys working with people from across the community. She strives to provide outstanding service to each patient and always has a smile on her face. Outside of work Brittney loves animals, the Kansas City Chiefs, and spending time with her two boys as well as family and friends.
Marsha Davis
HR, Compensation & Benefits Manager
Marsha joined Southern Orthocare in January of 2011 and serves as the Accounting and HR Manager. She is responsible for all aspects of accounting including payables, payroll, banking, and book-keeping (Quickbooks). Additionally, she manages all aspects and issues related to Human Resources. Marsha attended Walter's State Community College and majored in accounting and has significant professional experience in accounting and management. Marsha is active in her church and has served on several medical mission trips to Ecuador, Honduras and Mexico. She has two children and several grandchildren whom she adores. Having seen first-hand from a close family member the challenges one faces following a stroke, she states, "I understand personally and am very empathetic to the need our patients have to stay mobile."
Candi Johnson
Accounting Manager
Candi joined Southern Orthocare in September of 2022, and serves as the Accounting Manager. She was born and raised in Morristown, TN and has been serving in accounting, payroll, banking, and money management roles for more than 20 years. Candi has 2 children, 3 bonus children and 2 bonus grandchildren as well as a dog of more than 14 years, Sophie. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and family, traveling or cruising to new places as often as possible, swimming and floating in her pool. Also she loves watching the “oldies” TV shows - Golden Girls, The Andy Griffith Show, Jeopardy, and Wheel of Fortune.
Carrie Webb
Senior Patient Service Representative, Morristown & Middlesboro
Carrie joined Southern Orthocare in 2016 and is excited about having direct patient interaction as a customer service specialist. She is a down to earth country girl who loves to make people smile. Carrie believes that God opened the door for her to join Southern Orthocare, and enjoys helping patients by providing them with individualized support and service. When not at Southern Orthocare, Carrie loves to spend time with her husband and three boys. She is in the regular “mom” cycle of jetting from one sporting event to another. She also enjoys spending time with friends and considers them “God's great gifts.” Two of her favorite life quotes include “never give up” and “when things get too hard to stand then kneel.”
Christina Stiles
Senior Patient Service Representative, Athens
Christina joined Southern Orthocare in July 2020 and serves as the Patient Service Representative in our Knoxville clinic. She has worked as a customer service representative in various capacities for over nine years and enjoys working hand in hand with customers to provide excellent service based on each individual’s need. Outside of work, Christina enjoys fishing at the lake and spending time with her Fiancé, son, her dogs, as well as family and friends.

Jamie Price
Billing Specialist, All Clinics
amie joined Southern Orthocare in January 2023. She comes with more than 9 years of experience in healthcare administration and billing. At Southern Orthocare Jamie applies her vast knowledge of medical insurance-related tasks to ensure accurate and timely billing of all claims. She is passionate about healthcare and desires that her work improves the lives of patients. Her impeccable customer service skills help her to provide the best overall experience for all people she interacts with on a daily basis including patients, provider staff members, and payor representatives. When she is not at work, Jamie enjoys raising her 3 daughters and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.

Patient Service Representative, Knoxville
Katie joined Southern Orthocare in December of 2021 as the Service Patient Representative for our Knoxville clinic. She has been working in the healthcare field for over three years and loves to help patients. Outside of work Katie loves spending time with her family, her fiancé Joe, and their two cats Cosmo and Guinness.

Patient Service Representative, Knoxville
Ashton joined Southern Orthocare in September of 2022 as a Patient Service Representative for our Knoxville clinic. She is new to the healthcare field and is grateful to be able to help give patients the best care so they can improve their lives. Ashton enjoys reading books, and spending time with her family, friends, & boyfriend outside of work.
Stephanie Cavins
Patient Service Representative, Morristown & Middlesboro
Stephanie joined Southern Orthocare in February 2023. Prior to Southern Orthocare, Stephanie worked in a Primary Care Doctor’s Office as a Patient Service Representative. She loves interacting with patients and getting to know them and watching them progress as they improving their quality of life and mobility. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, especially with her two sons, Tyler and Nash.
Brittni Hurlbut
Patient Service Representative, Morristown
Brittni joined Southern Orthocare in January 2021. She is happy to be part of a team that strongly believes in serving patients with excellence, and has a natural compassion for others. Outside of Southern Orthocare, Brittni enjoys making new friends, spending time with her family, and hiking with her husband. She believes strength is an important attribute to life which comes from her favorite Bible verse, Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.”
